Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Developer with strong hands-on experience in ITSM and CSM implementations.

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM & CSM modules
Work on Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Case Management
Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and other platform customizations
Build workflows and automations using Flow Designer
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, Integration Hub, and Orchestration
Work with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management
Support ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, and performance optimization
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, ITIL processes, and security standards

Qualification & Experience

A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
4–6 years of ServiceNow development experience
Strong hands-on experience with ITSM and CSM
Strong JavaScript & Glide API knowledge
Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Orchestration
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Jelly, and AngularJS
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Mandatory

Preferred Certifications

Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM
Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
