Job Title: SFDC Technical Architect Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and innovative SFDC Technical Architect to design and implement robust Salesforce solutions that enhance our business processes and customer experiences. Key Responsibility: 1. Gather and analyze requirements from Business Analysts to propose technical solutions that align with Salesforce best practices and company objectives. 2. Propose design and architecture solutions after conducting a gap analysis of Salesforce applications to optimize sales and service journeys across all channels. 3. Deliver comprehensive technical design documents and provide technical support to the development team to ensure successful project execution. 4. Prepare and present the technical architecture design to stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals. 5. Understand the functional benefits of solutions and design technical aspects to maximize business impact. 6. Challenge and refine functional and technical designs to ensure optimal solution delivery. 7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems and create high-quality deliverables in a multi-tasking environment. 8. Conduct due diligence on proposed new applications or system changes to ensure alignment with company standards. 9. Ensure all responsibilities are performed in accordance with company values, policies, and code of conduct. 10. Develop and implement strategies to enhance Salesforce integration and functionality to drive business growth. 11. Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion of Salesforce projects. 12. Mentor and guide team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Head Count: 1 Knowledge: Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, financial sector processes, and loan management. Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud.Integration experience- Web Services/ REST APIs- must to have.Knowledge of Developer Console, VS Code, PMD. Understanding of Lightning, Apex, Sharing & visibility rules, VisualForce, Process Builder, Triggers, Record-Types, Job Scheduling, User Setup, Profile, Role,Validation Rules, Workflow Rules, Assignment Manager, Queues,Permission-Sets Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong collaboration and communication skills, proficiency in Salesforce technologies, and a proactive approach to work. Attitude: Innovative, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
