Shift Supervisor

This position is responsible for providing technical support and leadership while developing and implementing best practices to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost reduction. Responsibilities: Support process improvement projects Supporting KPI's Implementing the manufacturing processes, troubleshooting, equipment issues and data collection and analysis. Assist with outage planning and operational scheduling. Qualifications: Chemical Engineering degree 2+ years manufacturing experience Base salary is $75K - $85K DOE. Relocation assistance offered.
