What You’ll Lead

• Operational readiness, plant startup, and production ramp-up.

• Hiring, coaching, and development of the plant leadership team.

• A culture built around safety, quality, accountability, and performance.

• Operating systems and practices that support reliable, efficient production.

What You Bring

• Extensive greenfield manufacturing experience, including direct leadership through startup and scale-up.
• A proven track record leading large manufacturing plants with substantial workforce and P&L responsibility.
• Experience building teams, developing leaders, and establishing operating discipline.
• The ability to navigate ambiguity, make sound decisions, and move from strategy to hands-on execution.

Travel & Location

Until the facility is completed, extensive travel throughout the month to plants in Pennsylvania and South Carolina is required for training. Upon anticipated completion in 2027, this role will be based on-site in Napoleon, Ohio.
