Site Engineer / Construction Site Manager - Chania, Crete

Whether you're already living in Crete or considering a fresh start in Chania, we're looking for a Site Engineer / Construction Site Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects in the area.

This is an on-site role requiring daily presence at the construction site, technical expertise, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise daily construction site operations.
• Coordinate construction crews, subcontractors, materials, and supplies.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
• Review technical drawings and use AutoCAD for quantity take-offs and measurements.
• Ensure construction quality standards are met and oversee corrective actions.
• Monitor site safety and prepare basic progress reports.

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience working on building construction sites.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and practical knowledge of construction processes.
• Ability to coordinate construction crews and subcontractors while effectively managing priorities.
• Strong technical understanding, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
