The Challenge
Exp Federal is accepting applications for exciting career opportunities overseas in conjunction with a contract supporting Misawa Air Base in Japan. Qualified candidates selected for this role will be eligible for a competitive sign-on bonus and a comprehensive relocation package to support their transition to Japan, subject to company policy and employment agreements.
Principle Areas Of Responsibility
This full-time position as a Site Superintendent has an Hourly range of $60.00-$80.00. The actual hourly rate is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The Challenge
Exp Federal is accepting applications for exciting career opportunities overseas in conjunction with a contract supporting Misawa Air Base in Japan. Principle Areas Of Responsibility
- Must be able to develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules.
- Demonstrated experience and competency applying the principles of UFGS 01 45 00.00 (Quality Control) and EM 385-1-1.
- Coordinate construction projects, including scheduling meetings and reviewing project documents as needed.
- Collaborate with administrators on the supervision of construction operations.
- Responsible for developing dig permits, outages plans, etc. as needed to schedule the work with the end users.
- Oversee all onsite and offsite work to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
- 15+ years' experience in the commercial construction industry.
- Must be able to obtain an Interim TS or Final TS security clearance before deployment.
- Candidates with Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Architecture degrees will increase the caliber of the submission, but degrees are optional.
- Fluency in Japanese is desired but not required.
