SITE SUPERVISORS

Sisco Jobs is facilitating an exclusive global talent search on behalf of an international client for skilled and dedicated Site Supervisors to oversee on-site operations in Dubai, UAE.

In this role, you will act as the vital link between project management and ground-level execution. You will be responsible for supervising daily construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards, and coordinating subcontractors and labor forces to keep projects on schedule. Candidates must demonstrate 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in construction site supervision, excellent problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills to manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor, ideally within the Middle East or on large-scale commercial/residential projects.
  

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA/HSE safety regulations.
  

• Proficiency in reading blueprints, architectural drawings, and technical specifications.
  

• Solid leadership, team coordination, and time-management skills.
  

• Must hold a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) and be eligible for visa processing.
