Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while guiding customers through solutions. Document customer interactions meticulously to maintain accurate records and facilitate follow-up. Collaborate with technical teams to provide comprehensive support solutions to clients. Monitor and collect feedback to contribute to improvements in service delivery and product offerings. Stay informed about the latest digital trends and company services to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Slovak and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a technical support role, is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach. Aptitude for learning new technologies and digital products. Experience with CRM systems and standard office software.
