Slovak-Speaking Customer Support Representative | Sofia, Bulgaria

We are looking for a Slovak-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international customer service project in Sofia. You will assist customers with inquiries and provide solutions through multiple communication channels.

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria

Work Model: On-site

Schedule: Monday–Sunday, 10:00–18:00, 8 hours/day

Languages: Slovak & English

Relocation: Supported

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, chat, and email
• Provide clear and effective solutions to customer inquiries
• Troubleshoot non-technical issues and ensure a positive customer experience
• Maintain professional and accurate communication
  
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent/native-level Slovak
• Fluent English
• Willing to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
• Customer-oriented communication skills
• Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
