Role Description

We are a Real Estate Brokerage company in Dubai looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This role is for someone who can take an idea and turn it into content; from concept development to scripting, shooting, editing and publishing. We want someone who has a good eye for visual storytelling, and can create content that feels modern, relevant and intentional.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop content in short video format for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and SM platforms
• Formulate and execute the Social Media strategy for the business
• Content planning, campaigns, review performance and audience growth.
• Work closely with the Sales team to turn ideas into finished content

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in content creation, video production & SMM.
• Creative content skills with strong scripting, storytelling, editing, and visual sense
• Skilled in use of tools like Cap-Cut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Canva.
• In depth understanding of SMM, algorithms and audience engagement
• Experience in Dubai Real estate is a plus but not mandatory
