We’re Hiring | Sales Engineer – Ventilation & Business Development

Rapid Cool Trading Co. LLC | Business Bay, Dubai

We are looking for an outgoing and proactive Sales Engineer to grow our ventilation business across the UAE.

The role is focused on project sales, new customer development and business growth, working closely with MEP contractors, HVAC consultants, developers, procurement teams and project stakeholders.

Key focus areas:

• Ventilation fans and extraction systems

• Smoke extraction and staircase pressurisation

• Kitchen ecology and air filtration systems

• Technical selections, quotations and project follow-up

• Consultant engagement, specifications and approvals

• New business development and order conversion

Candidate profile:

• Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma or related technical qualification

• 1–2 years of UAE sales experience in ventilation, HVAC equipment or the MEP industry

• Fluent Arabic and English – mandatory

• Basic understanding of airflow, static pressure, fan selection, MEP drawings and BOQs

• Strong prospecting, communication and negotiation skills

• UAE driving licence preferred
