About the company

Our client is a New York based AI company building the coaching layer for teams that sell in person, in the field, and face to face. Their platform records, transcribes, and analyzes real world sales conversations, then turns them into structured data and coaching that managers actually use. More than 1,000 organizations run on it today across home services, retail, pharma, and CPG.

The traction is real: $0 to over $40M ARR in under three years, 15%+ month over month growth, 170%+ net revenue retention, and already profitable with a lean team. They have raised $60M from tier one investors and are roughly 80 people, about 20 of them engineers.

The role

You will be one of a small group of engineers supporting tens of millions in ARR, which means the surface area you own is unusually large for an early career engineer. There are no traditional product managers here, so engineers own the product.

What you will do

• Architect and ship features end to end across the stack, from idea to production, at high velocity
• Build greenfield systems at the intersection of AI, speech recognition, mobile audio, and large scale distributed infrastructure
• Solve genuinely hard problems: real time coaching, noisy multi speaker environments, privacy aware infrastructure
• Talk directly to customers who do not work in tech, and use what you learn to shape what gets built
• Set the code quality and decision making patterns that a fast scaling engineering team will inherit
• Grow into real product ownership as the company scales

What we are looking for

• 0 to 3 years building software, with strong pedigree signals and clear entrepreneurial drive
• Hands on experience with React, React Native, TypeScript, and Python
• Experience deploying infrastructure on AWS or comparable cloud infra
• A CS degree from a top university, or an equivalently strong technical foundation
• Time at a talent dense startup, or a clear track record of building 0 to 1
• Genuinely excited to work long hours in person with the team five days a week in New York City

• Meaningful self initiated side projects you can walk us through
• Experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, Terraform, or Turborepo

Compensation and benefits

• $193K to $258K base, depending on level and experience
• Competitive equity

Location and work model

On-site in New York, NY, five days a week. This is a high intensity, in person, long hours culture, and the team is direct about that. If you want to build alongside people who operate that way, it is a rare seat.
