What You'll Do
Build full-stack features across the product, including customer-facing trial dashboards and sample notification systems.
Implement machine learning techniques for automated boundary detection of cancer cells in cytometry data.
Upgrade and maintain data visualization pipelines for complex scientific datasets.
Automate lab workflows spanning sample preparation through data analysis.
Communicate directly with scientists and clients to deliver reliable software for production clinical trial environments.
What We're Looking For
Demonstrated track record of shipping production-grade software to real users, evidenced by a portfolio, open-source contributions, or shipped product features.
Strong proficiency in Python for both backend and data processing work.
Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development.
Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure), including deploying scalable services.
Experience applying machine learning to data analysis, particularly boundary detection in cytometry, imaging, or similar scientific domains.
Familiarity with large-scale scientific or complex datasets such as genomics, cytometry, or imaging data.
Experience building customer-facing dashboards or data visualization tools.
Background from a company or environment with high engineering standards.
No minimum years of experience required; engineering ability and evidence of quality shipping matter most.
