Who We Are Looking For

• At least one year of professional experience in software development or a related field
• JLPT N3 or above, with the ability to communicate in Japanese at work and during interviews.
• Ability to participate in interviews and work in Japanese
• Willingness to work on-site at client companies in Japan
• Eligibility to work in Japan or willingness to relocate with visa support

Desired Skills

Experience in one or more of the following areas is welcome:

• Programming Languages: Java, Python, C/C++, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Web Development: React, Angular, Vue.js, .NET
• AI & Data: NumPy, pandas, PyTorch
• Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS, Azure, Linux
• Databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Mobile Development: Swift, Kotlin
• Control & Simulation: PLC programming, MATLAB, Simulink

Proficiency in all listed technologies is not required.
