Software Engineer

About the Role

Join an early-stage AI software team building tools for in-person sales and coaching. You will ship full-stack product features from concept to production, helping customers solve practical problems while shaping engineering standards as the team grows.

What You'll Do

• Build and launch high-quality product features across the stack, moving quickly while maintaining strong engineering standards.

• Develop new capabilities from scratch as part of the technical roadmap.

• Work with empathy for users and turn their real-world needs into useful solutions.

• Contribute to code quality and technical decisions, and help establish practices for a growing engineering team.

• Grow your ownership as the company scales and help recruit future engineers.

What We're Looking For

• One to three years of experience building and shipping software, ideally in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Full-stack product experience delivering user-facing features with React or React Native, TypeScript, and Python.

• Exposure to cloud infrastructure through product development, including experience deploying infrastructure on AWS.

• Ability to iterate quickly without sacrificing quality, with a customer-first mindset and interest in learning directly from users.

• Strong CS fundamentals and evidence of initiative, entrepreneurial drive, or success in a talent-dense environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary is $192,500 to $258,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

On-site in New York, NY, five days per week.
