I’m working with a voice AI company whose agents handle millions of calls for enterprise customers. They’re hiring a Senior Backend Engineer to work directly with the founding team on the systems that keep those conversations fast and reliable.

What you’ll work on

• Build and scale backend services for real-time audio and telephony.
• Develop the systems that manage agent prompts, test call flows, and help teams see what went wrong on a call.
• Design APIs that make it easier for customers to launch voice agents, and work directly with them when issues come up.
• Own projects from architecture through launch and monitor how they perform in production.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of backend engineering experience and strong CS fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building production systems involving concurrency, distributed services, or data and storage at scale.
• Comfort making technical decisions on a small team and taking ownership when the path is still open.
