Software Engineer, Marketplace

About the Role

Join the growth infrastructure team at an applied AI company building expert-data solutions for AI development. You will create the systems that help source, assess, onboard, and match domain experts to projects.

What You'll Do

• Build and own marketplace infrastructure for expert outreach, interviewing, assessments, and onboarding.

• Develop tools to manage experts and match them to projects based on fit and availability.

• Automate manual growth-team workflows and build internal tools that improve operational throughput.

• Partner with growth teammates to identify bottlenecks, instrument the funnel, and ship improvements.

• Develop ML-driven recommendations to anticipate project needs and automate staffing.

What We're Looking For

• Two to five years of full-stack software engineering experience, with experience building and scaling systems end to end.

• Proficiency in Node.js or Python and Kubernetes; experience with Kafka, Redis, or Elasticsearch is useful.

• Background in marketplace or growth infrastructure, ideally at a high-growth technology company.

• Experience building internal tools, automation, or systems supporting expert or talent operations is a plus.

• A degree from a strong university and authorization to work in the United States without relying on student-visa status.

• Ability to work on-site five days a week with flexible working hours.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $250,000 to $300,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
