Software Engineer, Mid-Level to Staff+

About the Role

Join an engineering team building an AI platform that uses agents to carry out business tasks across software tools. This hands-on individual contributor role can focus on product, platform, AI infrastructure, or a combination, helping make agent-powered work reliable and useful.

What You'll Do

• Build and ship product features across web and mobile, from early concepts through production.

• Develop backend APIs and services for accounts, permissions, billing, analytics, integrations, and automations.

• Design and operate reliable systems for connectors, authentication, webhooks, and third-party integrations.

• Build and improve agent and runtime infrastructure, including execution environments and systems that support reliable, scalable agent behavior.

• Own production systems, make thoughtful decisions about architecture and data models, and improve reliability, security, and operational simplicity.

• Prototype, learn from customer feedback, and follow important engineering problems across the stack.

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience shipping production software, with experience ranging from mid-level to Staff+ and a recent record of hands-on individual contributor work.

• Production experience with TypeScript across Node.js backends and React frontends, plus ownership of backend or infrastructure systems.

• Strong computer science fundamentals and a bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable preparation.

• Hands-on experience with GCP, Docker, deployments, and debugging at the container or Linux level.

• Experience building agent systems or core infrastructure such as tool execution, sandboxed runtimes, databases, distributed systems, or model serving. Systems programming experience in Rust or C++ is a plus.

• Experience building and owning a product or system from scratch, ideally in an early-stage environment.

• Clear communication about personally delivered work, technical decisions, and tradeoffs.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $225,000 to $425,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
