In a department responsible for cross-functional services for merchants and internal teams, you will lead technical decisions ranging from maintaining existing systems to developing new architectures. ■ Minimum Requirements

- 5+ years of software development experience covering the full cycle from design to release and operations.

- Experience leading development and operations teams while establishing clear processes.

- Solid knowledge of RDBMS, Redis, Kafka, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, and High Availability (HA) systems.

- Around 3 years of experience in continuous system improvement and version upgrades.

■ Preferred Qualifications

- Experience designing and developing scalable web applications using Java and Spring Boot.

- Hands-on experience with cloud environments (e.g., Azure), CI/CD, and Docker.

- Experience in application performance testing and optimization, and experience working as a Tech Lead.
