New York City, NY (On-site: 5 days/week) Full-time | $150K to $225K base + Competitive Equity Visa sponsorship available About the Role We're hiring Full Stack Software Engineers to help build the foundation of our platform and drive end-to-end impact across our products and systems. You'll work across the stack to solve meaningful business problems, influence product direction, and contribute to both rapid growth and technical excellence. This is a high-ownership, high-impact role you'll be expected to act like an owner, operate autonomously, and work directly with leadership to shape the future of our product and company. What You'll Do Own large product areas and drive their roadmap to deliver measurable outcomes. Build zero-to-one products from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams in operations and go-to-market. Develop across the stack from front-end to back-end, including design, implementation, debugging, and testing. Engage directly with clients and users to translate complex requirements into elegant, scalable software solutions. Establish and improve engineering processes that scale code quality, reliability, and team productivity. Partner with leadership to make strategic, technical, and business decisions, balancing growth and long-term sustainability. What You'll Work On You'll tackle problems like: Automating complex workflows for insurance coverage and fulfillment. Applying AI/ML for high-precision document classification, unstructured data extraction, and intelligent question answering. Building robust data and ML pipelines that adapt to inconsistent input formats. Developing predictive and simulation models to forecast outcomes (e.g., clinical adoption, trial performance). Creating intuitive, AI-powered user experiences for patients, physicians, and partners. Leveraging real-world data to help accelerate drug development, market access, and patient enrollment. Who You Are  Experience: 1 to 15 years as a Full Stack Software Engineer at a high-quality, fast-growing, product-driven company (e.g., Scale AI, Square, Stripe) or early-stage startup. Background: Proven experience in fast-scaling, product-focused environments. Former founders are a strong plus. Education: Computer Science degree preferred, ideally from a top-tier institution. Mindset: You move fast, embrace challenges, and find creative ways to deliver high-quality results. Skills We're Looking For Hard Skills Comfortable working across the stack (backend + frontend). Proficient in modern web technologies, Python , React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and Kubernetes . Strong system design, debugging, and testing capabilities. Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication you can articulate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively. Track record of moving quickly, iterating, and delivering impact under tight timelines. Gritty, resourceful, and willing to go to great lengths to achieve goals.
