We are looking for an experienced Solution / Business Analyst to join the Group Risk Solutions area, supporting Credit Risk, Compliance and ESG-related initiatives in an international banking environment.

In this role, you will work closely with business and technology teams to turn complex business needs into clear, implementable solutions and specifications.

Your responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and understand their needs
• Translate business requirements into clear specifications for technical implementation
• Analyse new data requirements
• Create and enhance data catalogues
• Define data quality checks
• Investigate business and system issues and present practical solution options
• Analyse business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Validate technical implementations and ensure delivered solutions meet business expectations
• Contribute to feasibility studies, transformation initiatives and implementation projects
• Collaborate with international business and IT teams

What we are looking for

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst or Solution Analyst
• Experience working on software development or IT implementation projects
• Strong requirements analysis and business process analysis skills
• Ability to bridge business and technical teams
• Hands-on ability to write SQL queries
• Solid understanding of data models
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to explain complex topics clearly to different stakeholders
• Structured and flexible working style
• Ability to manage parallel priorities and ad hoc requests
• Proactive, ownership-driven and self-motivated mindset
• Strong English communication skills
• Interest in using AI-powered tools and digital innovation to improve efficiency and delivery

Nice to have

• Banking or financial services experience
• Experience in Credit Risk, Compliance or ESG
• Experience in an international or multi-country environment
• Consulting background
• Knowledge of Databricks
• Experience with data quality, data catalogues or data governance
