About the Role

The company is hiring Solutions Engineers focused on implementation and delivery. You'll own end-to-end technical implementations for enterprise customers, from sales handoff and requirements gathering through configuration, integrations, data migration, and go-live.

You'll work closely with customers and internal teams to deliver successful deployments, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and help develop scalable implementation processes as the company expands its product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer implementations, from sales handoff through configuration, testing, and go-live.

• Gather customer requirements, map workflows, and develop implementation plans.

• Configure and troubleshoot APIs, system integrations, and customer data flows.

• Manage multiple concurrent implementations across different product areas.

• Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.

• Support data migration and ensure accurate integration into the platform.

• Develop implementation playbooks, configuration templates, and onboarding processes.

• Travel to customer sites as required.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of post-sales implementation or Solutions Engineering experience at a SaaS startup.

• Proven ownership of end-to-end customer deployments, from discovery through go-live.

• Strong hands-on experience with APIs, system integrations, and data flows.

• Ability to independently scope, configure, and troubleshoot integrations.

• Experience managing multiple complex implementations simultaneously.

• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders and manage customer relationships effectively.

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and work in-office 4–5 days per week, with travel as required.
