Sous Chef - Nigeria

Our client a well-established and successful restaurant chain in Nigeria is seeking the talents of a Sous Chef for their brand-new Asian Restaurant with a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a quality Asian restaurant or hotel operation. Candidates should have a solid culinary management background.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a quality restaurant or hotel environment.

Must have Asian experience in an upscale casual or fine dining restaurant.

Ability to communicate effectively with employees and customers, understand reports and related correspondence and accurately perform all essential job functions.

Must have superior quality food and beverage experience.

Single status preferred.

The salary would be around $36,000 - $48,000USD annually Net of taxes, plus free accommodation, relocation allowance, annual airfare, healthcare benefits, Visa assistance.
