Spanish Digital Trust & Safety Specialist – Content & Ad Moderation

We are seeking Polish-Speaking Digital Trust & Safety Specialists to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria . In this position, you will review, evaluate, and moderate user-generated content and digital advertisements to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety guidelines, and legal standards. Important Project Note: Due to the nature of content moderation, this role involves regular exposure to sensitive, explicit, or graphic material (which may include violence). Candidates must possess strong emotional resilience, maturity, and self-awareness. Key Responsibilities Content & Ad Review: Monitor and evaluate user-generated content, media, and digital advertisements against strict safety policies and community guidelines. Platform Safety: Identify, flag, and remove content violating policy rules, including hate speech, explicit material, or violent content. Data & Policy Compliance: Apply sound, objective judgment while staying adaptable to changing policy updates and standard operating procedures. Quality & Performance: Meet established quality, accuracy, and operational response metrics within a fast-paced environment. Requirements & Profile Needed Languages: Native or proficient level of Spanish paired with a strong working command of English . Skills: High attention to detail, objective decision-making abilities, and strong critical thinking. Mindset: High level of emotional resilience, maturity, and stress tolerance when handling sensitive media content. Location: Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria (or relocate with full support). Work Schedule & Environment Location: Fully office-based ( On-Site ) at our operational hub in Sofia, Bulgaria. Schedule: 24/7 operational coverage, operating on rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday.
