Position: Customer Support Representative

Location: Remote, mainland Portugal

Work model: 100% Remote (occasional office attendance when required)

Employment type: Full-time

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support Spanish-speaking customers of a leading global entertainment streaming platform

• Assist with account management and billing enquiries

• Provide technical troubleshooting and guide customers through platform-related questions

• Ensure timely resolution and a positive customer experience

• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent Castilian Spanish and English at B1 level minimum

• Fluency in Basque, Catalan and Valencian, or Galician (alongside Castilian Spanish)

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Basic technical troubleshooting and digital literacy

• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends

• Based in, or willing to relocate to, mainland Portugal

• Previous Customer Support or Technical Support experience is a strong advantage
