SearchPlus HRA leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant Family Medicine Physician to join its expanding primary care team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered medical care to individuals and families across different age groups, with a strong focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, health promotion, and continuity of care. We welcome applications from internationally trained physicians, including candidates with UK CCT, Western qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board credentials. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and family medical care to patients of all age groups. Conduct consultations, clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning. Manage acute and chronic medical conditions in the primary care setting. Provide preventive healthcare, health screening, and routine medical assessments. Manage chronic conditions including diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular risk factors, and respiratory disorders. Provide appropriate referrals and coordinate care with specialist departments. Conduct routine health checks and follow-up consultations. Promote healthy lifestyle practices and patient education. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain high standards of patient safety, evidence-based practice, and continuity of care. MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical qualification. Recognized postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine / Family Practice . Relevant post-specialization clinical experience. Strong experience in comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare. Candidates with UK CCT / MRCGP, American Board, Australian Board, South African Board , or equivalent internationally recognized qualifications are encouraged to apply. Experience in a hospital, primary care center, multispecialty clinic, or community healthcare setting preferred. Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
