Specialist / Consultant Spine Surgeon in a Leading Healthcare Facility in UAE
SearchPlus HRA leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant Spine Surgeon to join its expanding surgical team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive evaluation and surgical management of spinal disorders, including degenerative, traumatic, and complex spinal conditions. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage a broad range of spinal disorders and musculoskeletal conditions. Perform appropriate elective and emergency spinal surgical procedures. Manage degenerative spinal disease, spinal trauma, deformities, and complex spinal conditions. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform pre-operative evaluations and provide post-operative care and follow-up. Work closely with neurosurgery, orthopedics, radiology, anesthesia, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation teams. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical audits, and quality improvement activities. Maintain high standards of patient safety, clinical governance, and evidence-based practice. MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical qualification. Recognized postgraduate qualification in Orthopedic Surgery, Neurosurgery, or Spine Surgery. Significant post-specialization experience in spine surgery. Proven experience in complex spinal procedures and comprehensive spine care. UK CCT / FRCS, American Board, Australian Board / FRACS, South African specialist qualification , or equivalent internationally recognized qualification preferred. Experience in a tertiary-care hospital or advanced surgical center is highly desirable. Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence. Subspecialty expertise in areas such as minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal trauma, deformity correction, or complex spine surgery will be an advantage.
