Specialist / Consultant Nephrologist in a Leading Healthcare Facility in UAE
SearchPlus HRA leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant Nephrologist to join its expanding medical team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with kidney and renal disorders, including acute and chronic kidney disease, hypertension, electrolyte disorders, and patients requiring renal replacement therapy. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and manage acute and chronic kidney diseases. Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment of renal and electrolyte disorders. Manage patients with chronic kidney disease and progressive renal impairment. Provide care for patients requiring hemodialysis and other renal replacement therapies. Manage complications associated with kidney disease, hypertension, and fluid/electrolyte imbalance. Assess and manage patients with acute kidney injury. Provide pre- and post-transplant nephrology care where applicable. Collaborate with urologists, transplant surgeons, intensivists, cardiologists, endocrinologists, and other specialists. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and complex case discussions. Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation. Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement programs, and continuing professional development. Maintain high standards of patient safety and evidence-based clinical practice. MBBS, MD, or equivalent medical qualification. Recognized postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine and Nephrology . Relevant post-specialization clinical experience. Strong experience managing complex renal and medical conditions. Candidates with UK CCT / MRCP, American Board, Australian Board, South African specialist qualifications , or equivalent internationally recognized credentials are encouraged to apply. Experience in a tertiary-care hospital, renal center, or dialysis facility preferred. Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
