We are hiring two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists in Yelm, Washington, for the 2026–2027 school year, beginning in September. These opportunities are open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows completing their CFY. These roles offer defined caseloads of approximately 45–50 students across Pre-K through 5th grade, along with opportunities to collaborate with other SLPs. They are well suited for an SLP-CF seeking structured support during their Clinical Fellowship or an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who values teamwork, stability, and a supportive elementary school environment. The district strives to keep each clinician at one school whenever possible, although an assignment may be split between two sites. What Your Role Will Look Like Number of openings: 2 Position: Elementary School Speech-Language Pathologist Schedule: Full-time, 1.0 FTE following the 2026–2027 school-year calendar, beginning in September Hours: 7.5 paid hours with a 30 minute lunch Setting: One elementary school site when possible, with the potential for an assignment across two sites Grade levels: Pre-K through 5th grade Caseload: Approximately 45–50 students Service model: Combination of push-in, pull-out, and consultation services Collaboration: Work alongside other Speech-Language Pathologists, educators, special education staff, and related-service providers Current service structure: The district is currently using remote SLP support and is seeking in-person clinicians to transition into these roles Clinical Support Through AnthroMed We invest in our clinicians so they feel confident and supported in their roles.
