Position Overview: As the Spray Foam Product Engineering Manager, you'll lead our Insulation Systems I&C team, driving innovation and commercialization of new products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage technical projects, and be the technical voice for Johns Manville products. What You'll Do: Lead technical projects, including new product development. Coordinate with Product Management to establish priorities and allocate resources. Develop fitness-for-use customer requirements and commercialize new products. Manage product specifications, standards, tools, procedures, and documentation. What You Bring: Bachelor's degree in engineering or chemistry. 10+ years of technical project management experience. 7 years in a senior engineering role or similar. 5 years of experience managing teams.
