About the role We’re looking for a self-driven, well-rounded product designer with a keen eye for detail and great taste. You’ll lead the design iterations of our core AI automation experience, pushing the boundaries of video editing innovation. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a track record of shipping high-quality products quickly and iteratively, this role is for you. You will Shape product strategy and direction with team leads. Lead design projects from concept to polished execution. Bring ideas to life through visuals and prototypes (Figma). Solve user problems with consistency and high-quality design. Collaborate closely with cross functional teams for seamless implementation. Contribute to design culture and push creativity forward. Support design needs beyond the core product. About you You prioritize user experience, considering both the “why” and “how” in your design process. You craft seamless, intuitive designs with keen attention to detail and continuous refinement. You think holistically, ensuring every decision contributes to a cohesive experience. You thrive in collaboration, driving execution and alignment with your team. You make informed decisions, always staying ahead of challenges. You adapt quickly, embracing iteration and providing clarity in ambiguity. You balance design excellence with business needs, understanding trade-offs and impact. You should Have a track record of excellent design shipped within a fast-paced environment. Proficient in design and animation tools. Communicate design ideas clearly across teams and stakeholders.
