Sr. SAP FICO Analyst

blueStone Executive Search specializes in technical searches, aligning top IT professionals with superior companies worldwide, Executive search firm specializing in national IT technical searches is looking for a SAP FICO/FIN Analyst and Sr. Analyst for their $7 billion global consumer products client in Michigan. This role is a functional role with the ideal candidate possessing sharp business acumen as well as an expertise with SAP FICO/FIN module. This individual will take a functional approach to define SAP FICO/FIN functions, business processes and user needs with an understanding of product costing and profitability analysis. This is a permanent position with a base salary and world-class benefits package including a relocation package covering all expenses, medical/dental/vision/life/disability for individual and family, 401k match, tuition reimbursement, vacation and continued training on emerging technologies all totaling an additional $30,000. This role will consider H-1 Visa sponsorship. Requirements and Qualifications: Position experience levels are: Analyst Level: will meet the minimum requirements listed below Senior Analyst Level: will meet the minimum requirements AND also meet or exceed the preferred qualifications listed below A Bachelor’s degree At least 5 years of previous work experience in Information Systems roles, 9 years preferred Any one of the following: 3 years of FIN Analyst experience to include advanced product costing and/or profitability analysis (CO-PA) skills, 6 years preferred Experience with at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects, 3 projects preferred Strong knowledge of how to configure and apply SAP software solutions to solve business requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Customer service orientation Additional work hours as required, including weekends Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Requires a valid driver’s license and favorable motor vehicle report Salary Range: $100k-$115k Will pay full relocation Will sponsor H-1 Visa for right candidate
