SRE Engineer - Cloud Environment- bilingual

Our Client is a technology-driven company in the field of 3D printing, developing high-performance 3D printers as well as an integrated hardware and software ecosystem. Our products are used worldwide by both private users and professional customers. In the US, we are continuously expanding our local service and support operations and are looking for motivated talent to join our customer service team.

Role summary

This US-based on-site SRE/DevOps role in California owns cloud infrastructure delivery, Kubernetes stability, observability, IaC and DevSecOps implementation for the US environment, including Tier 2 incident response, RCA and compliant on-call rotation. The incumbent will build monitoring systems, define SLIs/SLOs and enforce local security governance on AWS or GCP.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of SRE, DevOps or systems operations experience with solid command of Linux, TCP/IP, Kubernetes, Terraform and scripting in Python, Go or Shell. They demonstrate strong ownership for service reliability and root-cause analysis, and are eligible to work on-site in the US and participate in on-call shifts. Relevant professional experience may substitute for the preferred bachelor’s degree. Candidates should be familiar with AWS components and GCP technologies, working proficiency in English & Chinese for cross-team collaboration

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and maintain cloud infrastructure (compute, network, storage).
• Maintain Kubernetes stability, lead Tier 2 incident handling, RCA, and participate in an on-call rotation. Note: All on-call arrangements, including standby allowances and compensation, are fully compliant with FLSA and applicable California labor laws.
• Optimize observability systems (monitoring/alerting) and define SLIs/SLOs.
• Implement DevSecOps and local security policies. This US-based role owns the engineering implementation and operations of security governance within the US environment.
• Manage infrastructure using IaC (Terraform) standards.

Key Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software, Communications, Information Security, or related field is preferred. Equivalent professional work experience will be fully considered in lieu of a formal degree.
• 3+ years of experience in systems operations, SRE, or DevOps.
• Proficiency in Linux, Networking (TCP/IP), Kubernetes, and Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
• Experience with IaC (Terraform) and scripting (Python/Go/Shell).
• Strong ownership of system reliability; able to perform root-cause analysis.
• Ability to work on-site in the US and support on-call rotation.

Compensation & Immigration Information

Pay Scale: $88,000 – $112,000 annual base salary Plus benefit package & Equity
