Staff Product Manager

About the Role

Join a small product and engineering team as its first product manager, owning product strategy for an AI platform that helps enterprise legal teams review and manage contracts. This is a hands-on, founding-level role with responsibility for taking the product from early development through continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap, making clear decisions about what to build and when.

• Gather and synthesize customer feedback from legal specialists who work directly with customers.

• Partner with engineers to scope and plan deliverables, adapting team workflows for AI-assisted development.

• Discuss AI and agent architecture tradeoffs with engineers and rapidly prototype ideas using tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.

• Build the product function, including prioritization, documentation, launches, and success measurement.

• Use SQL or coding agents to analyze product data such as funnels and cohorts.

What We're Looking For

• Five to ten years of product management experience in an AI-focused engineering team, including roadmap ownership.

• Experience shipping core AI or LLM-based products to production in an AI-centric environment.

• Experience working with modern AI frameworks or agentic systems, including evaluation, latency, model behavior, and context.

• Product experience at a B2B SaaS or AI-native company, plus early-stage startup experience, founding experience, or experience as a first product manager.

• Ability to work closely with engineers, understand implementation tradeoffs, and prototype with modern AI development tools.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary: $180,000 to $250,000. Visa sponsorship is available.
