Our Opportunity As our Staff Full Stack Engineer, you will design and build AI-driven chat experiences that power Agoda’s AI Assistant, trip planning and discovery, customer support flows, and proactive recommendations. You’ll work closely with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define, build, and scale the next generation of AI solutions that make travel planning more intuitive, personalized, and effortless for millions of customers worldwide. We’re looking for a visionary Full Stack architect with a strong hands-on mentality — integrating innovative AI capabilities and rapidly validating ideas through experimentation.
