You’ll be responsible for: Prioritising key business activities (customer, employee, operational, financial) to achieve targets Developing and sustaining positive customer relationships Ensuring services are timely, accurate and meet legislative, customer SLA and Konekt standards Achieving revenue and profit targets and sustaining business growth Growing your team and developing team members to optimise performance and engagement Managing a small caseload to keep your finger on the pulse Thinking about applying? Here's what we're looking for: Occupational/Workplace Rehabilitation or injury management experience with a strong customer focus Leadership experience preferred but not essential Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (Social Workers, Rehabilitation Counsellors or Psychologists may also be considered) Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW Practical knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation and case management Commercial acumen and understanding of key business drivers An energetic, positive and motivated approach to leadership Not local to the area?
