Position: Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon (relocation included )
Work Model: On-site
Schedule: Rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation)
We are recruiting Estonian-speaking professionals to join the Content Moderation team, ensuring safety, compliance and quality across user-generated content.
Main Responsibilities
Review and moderate videos, images, comments and live interactions Apply internal policies and guidelines consistently Identify and escalate sensitive or critical cases Ensure platform safety by removing harmful or non‑compliant content Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail Work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
Mandatory Requirements
Fluency in Estonian Good level of English b2
Availability for rotational shifts (including nights and weekends)
Availability to work on-site in Lisbon
Important Note
Relocation support is included for candidates moving to Lisbon.
