Storekeeper

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage daily stock and inventory activities in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and tracking goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring the store or warehouse remains organized.

The ideal candidate should have good organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to maintain accurate stock records and coordinate with other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, materials, and supplies.
  
• Check deliveries against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
  
• Inspect received items for damage, shortages, or incorrect quantities.
  
• Record received goods in the inventory system or stock register.
  
• Label and store items in their designated locations.
  
• Ensure goods are stored safely and according to company procedures.
  
• Arrange stock to support easy identification and retrieval.
  
  
  
  

Requirements


Educational Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  
• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management, or Business Administration is an advantage.
  
• Basic mathematics and computer skills are required.
  
• Training in inventory or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Stock Controller, Inventory Assistant, Warehouse Assistant, or similar position is preferred.
  
• Experience in stock receiving, issuing, counting, and record keeping is an advantage.
  
• Knowledge of inventory systems or Microsoft Excel is beneficial.
  
• UAE work experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Freshers with suitable organizational and computer skills may be considered.
