Strategic Projects Lead, Legal

About the Role

This role leads strategic projects at an applied AI company focused on expert-generated training data and AI research. You will own client relationships and project execution from beginning to end, while also supporting initiatives across the company.

What You'll Do

• Work with leading AI labs to develop next-generation datasets that support advanced AI development and generate revenue.

• Manage teams of experts across fields such as finance, software engineering, and science.

• Partner with internal teams on AI research initiatives.

• Drive cross-company initiatives as an early team member.

• Support a range of operational projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Approximately 3 to 10 or more years of relevant experience.

• Experience in a high-intensity environment such as management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-paced startup.

• Ability to own client relationships and deliver projects end to end.

• A record of producing high-quality work under tight deadlines, along with a proactive, hands-on approach.

• Comfort working with experts across varied professional domains. No specific technical stack is listed for this role.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $150,000 to $200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
