About the Role

Join the strategy and operations team at a Series B AI-powered insurtech company, working directly with the CEO on high-impact initiatives. You will help build scalable claims operations and improve the systems and processes that support insurance claims management.

What You'll Do

• Own special projects and strategic initiatives in partnership with the CEO.

• Build and formalize claims operations, including process design, hiring, and workflows.

• Design scalable, data-driven processes that improve product workflows.

• Lead cross-functional problem solving across product, engineering, and business teams.

• Bring structure and clarity to varied, high-impact initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of experience in leading management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic operations at a high-growth startup.

• A structured, data-driven approach and strong attention to detail.

• Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to build trust with customers, teammates, and partners.

• Comfort working in ambiguous, high-growth environments and switching between priorities.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $100,000 to $150,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location

Remote, with San Francisco, California as the primary location.
