Strategy & Operations Associate

About the Role

Join a fast-growing AI company in the insurtech sector to help scale claims operations. Working directly with the CEO, you will bring structure and efficiency to core business processes, with the opportunity to grow into leadership of a key business area.

What You'll Do

• Own special projects and strategic initiatives in close partnership with the CEO.

• Build and formalize claims operations, including process design, hiring, and workflows.

• Develop scalable, data-driven processes that improve product workflows.

• Lead cross-functional problem-solving with product, engineering, and business teams.

• Bring structure and clarity to varied, high-impact initiatives in a fast-moving environment.

What We're Looking For

• Two to five years of relevant experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy and operations at a high-growth startup.

• Startup or entrepreneurial experience, alongside the ability to independently identify and solve problems in ambiguous environments.

• A structured, data-driven approach, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams and with external partners.

• A strong undergraduate academic background; an advanced degree is not required.

• Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco five days per week.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $100,000 to $150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
