About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Act as Study Director or Principal Investigator for regulated bioanalytical studies.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously from initiation through to completion.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring commitments are met.
- Serve as a key scientific contact for clients and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with laboratory operations, quality, and research teams to drive study progression.
- Oversee study compliance and scientific integrity.
- Troubleshoot technical and scientific issues as they arise.
- Mentor, train, and support junior scientific staff.
- Contribute to process improvements and continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Support business objectives through effective project and stakeholder management.
- To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- A degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
- Significant experience within a regulated bioanalytical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO environment.
- Previous experience managing studies and client-facing projects.
- Strong knowledge of immunoassay methodologies and regulated laboratory practices.
- Excellent scientific problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
- Experience working with LIMS systems.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
