Ayers Rock Resort is looking for a Trade Assistant Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT, just 20 minutes from Uluru. This is a relocation role with the opportunity to lead a capable team and support the maintenance that keeps a busy resort running.

Key Duties
- Coordinate and support Trade Assistants with daily maintenance, repairs and installations across the resort.
- Allocate work and help the team complete tasks safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
- Complete scheduled preventative maintenance and respond to day-to-day operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records, including timekeeping and completed work.
- Provide direction, coaching and performance feedback, while ensuring the team meets WHS, grooming and presentation standards
