Supervisor, Memorabilia
Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Memorabilia!
We're looking for a Supervisor, Memorabilia, to join our team in Morrisville, NC. If you're passionate about production leadership, quality craftsmanship, and creating exceptional customer experiences, this is your opportunity to lead a team that helps produce and personalize unique memorabilia products.
Location: Morrisville, NC
Schedule: Onsite

What You'll Do
- Lead daily memorabilia production activities, including personalization, assembly, finishing, inspection, and packaging.
- Coordinate staffing, materials, equipment, and workflows to meet production goals.
- Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround times, and operational performance.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards.
- Coach, train, and develop employees to achieve performance expectations.
- Promote a workplace culture centered on safety, security, and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production, equipment, and quality concerns.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure proper handling and security of customer-owned, high-value, and limited-edition memorabilia items.
What You'll Bring
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience
- 3+ years of manufacturing, production, assembly, fulfillment, memorabilia, or related operational experience.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience required.
- Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments preferred.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with production scheduling, workflow management, and quality control.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement practices preferred.
