This is a broad supply chain leadership role for someone who understands both the planning and execution sides of a food manufacturing supply chain. The Director will help strengthen the S&OP operating model, improve inventory and capacity decisions, and build greater alignment across Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance.

- Lead and develop a team across warehousing, master scheduling, planning and inventory, and co-manufacturing supply chain.
- Strengthen S&OP governance and help advance the organization's integrated planning capabilities.
- Lead scenario planning around demand changes, capacity constraints, material shortages, inventory, and supply disruptions.
- Partner closely with Commercial, Manufacturing, and Finance on service, inventory, capacity, cost, and working capital decisions.
- Own and improve key supply chain metrics including OTIF, fill rate, inventory, working capital, and logistics cost.
- Optimize inbound and outbound logistics across internal facilities, regional warehouses, 3PLs, and external partners.
- Support network optimization across manufacturing facilities, warehouses, 3PLs, and co-manufacturing partners.
- Play a key leadership role in the deployment of a new enterprise planning platform.
- Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, governance, and accountability across planning and logistics.
- Build capabilities and develop talent across the broader supply chain organization.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or a related discipline required. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, ideally within Food & Beverage manufacturing or food processing.
- Direct experience working within an internal manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with S&OP, IBP, or integrated planning processes.
- Experience across demand planning, supply planning, materials planning, inventory, and capacity planning.
- Ability to connect planning decisions with manufacturing, warehousing, transportation, logistics, and customer fulfillment.
- Previous team leadership and talent development experience.
- Strong understanding of inventory optimization, working capital, service levels, and supply chain KPIs.
- Multi-site manufacturing or broader supply chain network experience preferred.
- Experience with enterprise planning systems such as Blue Yonder, JDA, Kinaxis, SAP IBP, SAP APO, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong cross-functional experience working with Commercial, Manufacturing, Finance, and Operations.
- Comfortable operating in a growing environment that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
