Job Description:


This year-round internship will allow a student the opportunity to work within the Supply Chain team. This internship allows the intern to receive experience in areas of Supply Chain including Facilities, Logistics, Planning, Sourcing, Transportation, and Distribution.

This internship is located at different locations. Primarily in Green Bay WI, and Southwest Missouri for the Distribution opportunities.

This is a paid internship of $18.75

FACILITIES:

Support daily facility operations by collaborating across teams, coordinating facility projects and developing strong communication, problem-solving and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.

LOGISTICS:

Manage supplier inbound and outbound order flow, coordinate shipment consolidations, resolve inventory and order exceptions, and collaborate with suppliers, transportation providers and distribution teams to ensure efficient, on-time product delivery.

PLANNING:

Support inventory management and product movement, balance inventory and product availability across the distribution network, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain performance.

SOURCING:

Manage supplier compliance documentation, support supplier onboarding and sourcing systems, and maintain procurement operations through transaction processing, record management and administrative support.

TRANSPORTATION:

Coordinate domestic and export transportation operations by managing shipments, analyzing carrier performance and costs, maintaining transportation documentation and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and service.

DISTRIBUTION:

Gain hands-on experience in leading warehouse shift operations. Track daily productivity metrics and help solve workflow challenges alongside senior shift managers. ​

What you need to succeed:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics or related field.

  • Must have at least 2 semesters remaining in school upon start date (May 2027 grads or later).

  • Ability to work 20-25 hours/week during school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.

  • Excellent computer skills, specifically excel.

  • Strong verbal and written communication.

  • Comfort working in a team environment.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Must have a reliable internet connection (minimum 10 mb download speed) at home for remote and hybrid positions.
