What is the programme?
During the programme, you'll work in a live operational environment everyday and experience a variety of settings such as warehousing, transport, manufacturing logistics and co-packing facilities, helping you understand how products move through the supply chain from start to finish. You will start with the fundamentals of running world-class operations and leading frontline teams, you'll then progress into more advanced management roles, stretch assignments and business-critical projects.

What will I be doing?
- Support the safe and efficient running of day-to-day operations
- Learn how products move through complex supply chains from end to end
- Work closely with operational teams in warehouses and distribution centres
- Lead shift handovers and contribute to team briefings
- Monitor performance against key operational targets
- Identify opportunities to solve problems and improve processes
- Support business improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Build relationships with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders
- Develop experience managing people, performance and projects
- Participate in community and social responsibility activities
- Experience shift-based working as part of your development journey
What skills do I need?
We're not expecting you to have everything figured out from day one. We're looking for people with the potential to grow and develop throughout the programme.

What are the entry requirements?
- Achieved, or be on track to achieve, a 2:1 degree or above.
- Willing and able to relocate within commuting distance of your placement.
- Hold a full UK driving licence or be able to travel independently to multiple sites when required.
- Have a genuine interest in supply chain, logistics and operational environments.
- Candidates must have the unrestricted right to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme.

What is the application process?
1. Online Application & Assessment - Complete a short application form, upload your CV, and complete a situational judgement assessment (approximately 1 hour).
2. Video Interview - Record your responses to a series of interview questions, with up to three attempts per question.
3. Insight Day - Spend time with us on-site to learn more about DHL Supply Chain, meet our people, experience our operations firsthand, and participate in a a couple of exercises and activities.
4. Assessment Centre - Attend an in-person assessment centre to showcase your skills and potential.
