Supply Chain Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Mission Brief As a Supply Chain Management Specialist, you are responsible for ensuring efficient and cost-effective procurement of goods and services in accordance with company guidelines and requirements. Your Role in Our Space Mission : Responsible for purchasing goods and services according to company needs. Source and purchase specialized materials, equipment, and services necessary for the operation of the launch site. Work closely with the central procurement team in Isar Germany to leverage existing supplier relationships, negotiated contracts, and technical expertise for relevant equipment and services. Generate, process, and administer detailed procurement documentation (e.g., purchase orders, contracts, invoices), ensuring all records are accurately completed, stored, and maintained for traceability and audit purposes in our system (SAP). Obtain and compare quotes from various suppliers. Monitor and evaluate suppliers regarding quality, price, and delivery performance Work closely with production, warehouse, and other departments to ensure proper flow of goods.
