Moog Inc., Central Supply Chain – Compliance & Sustainability Group is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to partner with Moog’s Operating Group supply chain teams to ensure that all procurement activities meet global regulatory, customer, and internal policy requirements. You will develop and deploy standardized policies, capture emerging regulations, and serve as a subject matter expert for supply chain compliance.

You will report directly to the Director, Central Supply Chain Compliance & Sustainability in an onsite or hybrid role. The preferred location is East Aurora, New York. We may consider candidates at other US Moog locations.

To be considered for the Regulatory Compliance Manager role, here’s what you’ll typically need to bring with you…

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Paralegal studies, or related field required; Advanced degree (MBA, JD) preferred
• Minimum of seven (7) years of supply chain or regulatory compliance experience (aerospace & defense industry a plus)
• Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and federal procurement regulations
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities
• Proven collaborator in a geographically dispersed, multicultural environment
• Travel: 10% Occasional international or domestic travel.

• Ability to obtain a U.S. DoD Secret Security Clearance.

As a Regulatory Compliance Manager you will be responsible for the following…

• Regulatory Monitoring & Interpretation
  – Track global, federal, and customer-specific regulations that impact Moog’s supply chain
  – Analyze new or changing requirements and translate them into actionable policies
• Policy Development & Deployment
  – Create, maintain, and roll out standardized supply chain policies
  – Ensure alignment with FAR/DFARS and other federal acquisition regulations
• Advisory & Subject-Matter Expertise
  – Serve as the principal resource for Contracts & Proposals teams on compliance issues
  – Provide guidance on:
  • U.S. government procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) including pricing, cost analysis, commerciality, negotiations, and purchasing system requirements
  • Foreign and international supply chain regulations
• Collaboration & Training
  – Work alongside the Central Supply Chain Excellence team to embed best practices
  – Develop and deliver compliance training sessions
  – Chair and grow a Supply Chain Compliance Community of Practice

Salary Range Transparency:

Buffalo, NY $125,000.00–$155,000.00 Annually

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
