Surface Well Test Crew Senior Operator

Our client which is a global multinational oilfield services company is looking forward to recruiting for the position of “Surface Well Test Crew Senior Operator” for their upcoming project in Abu Dhabi UAE. Below are the employment terms:

General Employment Terms

Contract Duration: 1 year - Under MPH Sponsorship (Payroll & Employment Contract)

Employment Status: Single status/Rotation/Onshore

Rotation: 6x3 rotation schedule (6 weeks on & 3 weeks off)- Off days are not paid

Approx start date: ASAP

Location: Abu Dhabi UAE

Work schedule: 12 hours per day, 7 days per week

Shift: Day or night shift, based on project requirements

Accommodation and rotation tickets are provided by the client

The TSW Operator is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers. The Operator should identify opportunities to improve service delivery, and assists field and maintenance crews with preparing equipment for operations.

- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

- Participate in pre-job and Toolbox meetings with crew members.

- Maintain good, safe working order of equipment according to standards, reporting problems or deviations.

- Ensure individual and crew work safety.

- Prepare equipment for rig up and rig down times.

- Operate the equipment according to competency level and job requirement.

- wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

-Maintain the required safety training.
